- Download this patch file and patch the Makefile run make and make install.
- Go through the normal procedure for adding a printer. If need be add the ppd file from the ppd directory in the src/ppd folder.
Alternatively download this zip file which contains rastertotpcl which must go in /usr/libexec/cups/filter and also contains the ppd files for various printers. Was compile on OSX Server 10.6
